TCS!!! Hiring: Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant – Time & Labour
Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Kolkata/Delhi NCR/Hyderabad/ PAN India
Experience: 6+ years
What you’ll do:
✔ Manage technical aspects of Oracle HCM Cloud with a focus on Time & Labour
✔ Develop and maintain OTBI/BIP reports, HDL/HSDL, and HCM Extracts
✔ Configure business rules using Fast Formulas
✔ Handle approval workflows, security, and personalization
✔ Collaborate with onshore teams and support integration testing
Must-Have Skills:
✅ Oracle HCM Cloud – Time & Labour expertise
✅ OTBI/BIP Reporting, HDL/HSDL, HCM Extracts
✅ Fast Formulas and end-to-end HCM Cloud technical knowledge
Good-to-Have:
➕ Core HR & Absence Management experience
➕ Implementation & support experience in similar projects
