The Law Firm vertical at Vahura is looking to hire a Research Consultant to be based out of Vahura’s office in Mumbai.

The Research Consultant will be involved throughout the entire value chain of the search process, working in conjunction with recruiters throughout the kick-off, strategy, and execution of search engagements to bring each search to successful completion.
This is an integral role that is the backbone of a successful recruiting team.
The primary functions of the Research Consultant are to identify high quality and potential candidates for critical assignments, to partner and collaborate with recruiters, to build intellectual capital, and keep up-to-date with key market trends and competitive intelligence.
Experience in the legal recruitment field is preferable, however we are open to explore dedicated candidates who have significant recruitment work in different sectors and are ready to make a shift to legal.
