Job Role: Sr. Analyst / Consultant / Senior Consultant – TMT (Insights & Advisory)
Location: Gurugram
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days WFO | 2 Days WFH)
Shift Timings: 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
About the Role
Our client is a specialized management consulting and advisory firm focused on TMT / ICT sectors, delivering high-impact insights, strategy advisory, and market intelligence for global clients.
We are looking for pure-play TMT / ICT consulting professionals with strong secondary research, benchmarking, and client-facing advisory experience. This role demands deep domain expertise, not mixed-sector or generic research exposure.
Experience Requirement
- Senior Analyst: 2+ years of relevant experience
- Consultant: 4+ years of relevant experience
- Senior Consultant: 7+ years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth secondary research across TMT / ICT domains
- Perform competitive benchmarking, market sizing, and industry analysis
- Develop strategy-led insights including GTM strategies, growth opportunities, and market entry assessments
- Own end-to-end report writing (conceptualization to final delivery)
- Create high-quality client-ready presentations and insight decks
- Participate in direct client interactions, including strategy discussions, case walkthroughs, and advisory sessions
- Track and analyze emerging technologies such as:
- AI & GenAI
- Cloud & Data Platforms
- Telecom Technologies (5G, Network Modernization, OSS/BSS)
- Cybersecurity
- Digital Infrastructure & Enterprise Tech
- Support leadership with custom consulting engagements (not syndicated research)
Mandatory Skill Set (Non-Negotiable)
- Strong experience in secondary research within TMT / ICT
- Hands-on expertise in benchmarking & competitive intelligence
- Proven capability in structured report writing and insight storytelling
- Advanced PowerPoint deck creation and client presentation skills
- Experience in a client-facing consulting role
- Background from Management Consulting / Strategy Consulting firms
- Global project exposure (US, Europe, APAC markets)
What Will Disqualify a Profile
- Experience not primarily focused on TMT / ICT
- Mixed-sector profiles (Healthcare, BFSI, Manufacturing, etc.)
- Only syndicated / desk research experience
- Limited or no client interaction or advisory exposure
